A: Our t-shirts are available in XS – 3XL. Make sure you check our size chart to ensure that you order the correct size.
Q: Can I print on the front and the back of the t-shirt?
A: Yes, prints can be placed on the front, back, and sleeves.
Q: Can I do embroidery on the front and the back of the t-shirt?
A: Yes, embroidery can be added on the front, back, and sleeves.
Q: What material will my t-shirt be made from?
A: We have over 50 varieties of fabrics. Customers can select according to their choice and requirements.
Q: How do I wash my custom t-shirt?
A: To wash your t-shirt, turn it inside out and machine wash warm. Do not bleach and tumble dry low. Do not iron on prints.
Q: Are these t-shirts slim fit or regular fit?
A: These are regular fit t-shirts. Women’s t-shirts are smart fit.
Q: How to Place an Order?

Q: Will I get a design proof/preview after placing the order?
A: Yes, design previews or mockups will be provided once the order is confirmed.
Q: Do you provide Tax Invoices? How can I get my invoice after placing the order?
A: We offer GST invoices for all our orders. If you require an estimate for bulk orders, please contact our sales and support team for a proforma invoice.

A: While placing your order, you may contact us via email at totboxindia@gmail.com. You need to send a high-quality resolution image in PDF format of the content to be printed.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the consignment details.
Q: How long does it take for production and delivery?
A: It depends upon the quantity and customization.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We accept all payment methods, including credit card, debit card, net banking, wallets, and UPI. We do not offer a Cash on Delivery payment option.
Q: What types of prints are available?
A: We offer DTF, DTG, screen printing, and embroidery.
Q: Is additional customization possible?
